Today is the day of regular Bloggers Unite movement action. This edition is about Human Rights. I can’t live it without my and yours attention.
Bloggers Unite is an opportunity for bloggers, vloggers, and photobloggers to use their space to make the world a better place.
I believe, that human rights are the main options for healthy life of people on the Earth. You may ask me why? The concept of human rights propose healthy relations between people, mutual aid, respect and many other things the good moral and physical health can’t form without.

You must admit that smoking is a bad habit both for you and your surroundings. I am sure that you have already read many quit smoking tips and methods and tried to stop smoking, but… you are still smoking. In my opinion first and main option to quit smoking is your will. Once, I asked my friend why he don’t want to stop smoking, he answered: “I like it”.
Don’t even try to quit smoking if you just don’t want to stop. It won’t have effect. Of course, you can have a critical motivation to quit smoking, such as your baby birth or your doctor’s last warning. The best way and chance to quit smoking appear when you have motivation, want and know how to quit smoking.

Sometimes we feel ourself a little depressed. It don’t mean that we have depression, but we have doubt about this. A good news is that in the Internet are tens of depression tests and most of them are free. You can easily take a depression test while sitting in chair. There are many people thinking they have a manic depression - a mental health problem characterized by an alternation between extreme euphoria and deep depression - it’s time to pass one of the online screening depression tests.

Have you heard about “nofollow” in blogs? Wikipedia says:
nofollow is an HTML attribute value used to instruct search engines that a hyperlink should not influence the link target’s ranking in the search engine’s index… (see full article)
It means that when you comment on majority blogs and leave your link it makes almost nothing good for your blog. Main search engine - Google - don’t follow your link and don’t pay attention to your comments.

The highly sensitive person is someone whose nervous system is so acutely attuned that loud noises, crowds, busy streets, stress and even powerful aromas provide too much stimulation. It can be like living in a state of agitation, of listening to the sound of fingernails being dragged across the blackboard for hours at a time.

We all go through ups and downs in our mood. Sadness is a normal reaction to life’s struggles, setbacks, and disappointments. We’re down in the dumps for a short time, then gradually the painful feelings dissipate and we move on with our lives — often the wiser for the experience. But when the low mood persists, interfering with your ability to work, study, eat, sleep, and have fun, it’s no longer normal.
It’s depression.
