Extra sleep on weekends, as has recently become known, contributes to strengthen the power of the brain. Here are a few other ways to accomplish the same thing.
Researchers discovered that a few extra hours spent in a horizontal position in the weekend (when people “have a sleep” for all lacks of sleep of the working week), beneficially affect the brain, reinforcing its strength and efficiency.

You must admit that smoking is a bad habit both for you and your surroundings. I am sure that you have already read many quit smoking tips and methods and tried to stop smoking, but… you are still smoking. In my opinion first and main option to quit smoking is your will. Once, I asked my friend why he don’t want to stop smoking, he answered: “I like it”.
Don’t even try to quit smoking if you just don’t want to stop. It won’t have effect. Of course, you can have a critical motivation to quit smoking, such as your baby birth or your doctor’s last warning. The best way and chance to quit smoking appear when you have motivation, want and know how to quit smoking.

nofollow is an HTML attribute value used to instruct search engines that a hyperlink should not influence the link target’s ranking in the search engine’s index… (see full article)
It means that when you comment on majority blogs and leave your link it makes almost nothing good for your blog. Main search engine – Google – don’t follow your link and don’t pay attention to your comments.
