The sauna can be good for the skin, especially prior to facials and other pore-cleansing treatments. For those who would like to enjoy the benefits of a sauna at home, they can sit in front of a bowl of hot water, with a towel draped over their heads and the bowl to trap the steam in. Afterward, wash your face and apply your favorite facial mask.
