agree, drink water is good, but in the third world country, I don’t think the water is clean enough. how to handle that ?

It’s hard to control, of course. The level of country development reflects on all its internal health. I think the easiest way is using of water filters or bottled water, or even natural water from spring.

how about skinny people drinking lots of water will lose weight too cause i want to be fat and i drink water a lot.. How can i get more weight? I eat a lot still 40kl and now i moved to London 3 months ago now my face just got so much pimples all over.. how can i get rid of it? My face normally really clean and fine please help.. someone said because of English water is it true?

Anyway, Annie, drinking water can’t be so bad as not drinking it. All should be in moderation. I also think you could got your pimples because of all - stress, travel, food, water, weather - different from your home.
But I’m not doctor, consult yours for more respectable information.
