1. Eucalyptus Bronchitis Treatment
Eucalyptus is commonly used in remedies to treat coughs and the common cold. Eucalyptus oil helps loosen phlegm, so many herbal practitioners recommend inhaling eucalyptus vapors to help treat bronchitis, coughs, and the flu.

2. Garlic Bronchitis Remedy
Garlic is an excellent remedy for bronchitis. It is antiviral, an expectorant, and has a powerful effect on the lungs. Chop up one clove of garlic and swallow, three times daily. Garlic is a natural antibiotic and contains many vitamins and antioxidants what help to treat bronchitis.

5. Tea Bronchitis Remedy
Tea assists with the relief of bronchial irritation, coughing and pain from the acute bronchitis, for those who need more then an expectorant. Drinking a tea prepared using a combination of garlic and ginger three to four times a day is one of the other widely used herbal remedies for bronchitis.

Also there are more pleasant tea reliefs: Make a cup of lemon tea by grating 1 teaspoon lemon rind and adding it to 1 cup boiling water. Steep for five minutes. Or, you can boil a lemon wedge. Strain into a cup and drink. For a sore throat that comes from coughing, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice to 1 cup warm water and gargle. This help rid the respiratory system of bacteria and mucus.

Of course it’s better to prevent bronchitis, so stop smoking and your friends’ smoke breathing, avoid exposure to irritants. Finally, don’t let yourself be down with cold and flu.
