Try playing a gig to. You’ll sweat ALOT and that gives you a new rush all together!
Metal gigs especially -jumping the pit and headbanging gives great excerise- not sure my ears would agree!!! Seeing Metallica tomorrow, but could only get seating tickets :(

I love going to concerts and am so excited for summer festival season! I have been to Bonnaroo and All Good in the past so I decided to switch it up and go to Rothbury and Outside Lands this year.
I disagree with Molton Brown…music festivals can be good for your health as attendees gain physical stamina. Just show some moderation and be in tune with the needs of your body (keep hydrated!)
Music is definitely good for your soul and a strong, stable, peaceful mental health is an essential step in having good health
