5 Simple Rules to Avoid Cold During this SpringUsual cold is not a harmless disease as it may seem at first glance.

It is capable to get you down for a long time.

To get rid of colds, try using simple rules to strengthen your immunity.

1. Proper sleep
Regular sleep helps you become more healthy and strong. If you neglect sleep, you are impoverishing the immune system. Studies show that those who refuse to sleep 7-8 hours a day expose themselves to serious risk.

2. Vitamins
Try to consume vitamin D regularly. It is better to get all the necessary vitamins from natural products.

3. Do not cross your legs
Oddly enough, but this is one of the risk factors for common cold. The habit of crossing your legs causes narrowing of blood vessels. This fact weakens your immune system and your body becomes prone to colds.

4. Exercise
A good workout will bring you many benefits. It does not matter whether it’s aerobics, walking or bicycling – the main thing is you should enjoy it. Cleanliness is the first and foremost. Careful hand washing reduces the chance of getting colds. As soon as you enter the house, wash your hands with antibacterial soap.

5. Eat mushrooms
Researchers believe that substances contained in mushrooms can strengthen your immune system.
