8 Easy Tips To Eat And Lose Weight
Everybody who is overweighted want to lose some weight. This person often start to keep diet, train or take weight loss drugs. Is there another way? Maybe.
It’s hard to turn down eating tasty food. But losing weight by swapping and changing to different diets is not the best way, we need to find a way of reducing energy content from the normal foods we eat every day. We need to learn certain food rules to help form better eating habits.
1. Eat slowly
As wrote Leo: “A growing number of studies confirm that just by eating slower, you’ll consume fewer calories — in fact, enough to lose 20 pounds a year without doing anything different or eating anything different. The reason is that it takes about 20 minutes for our brains to register that we’re full. If we eat fast, we can continue eating past the point where we’re full. If we eat slowly, we have time to realize we’re full, and stop on time.” Lifelearningtoday.com says slowly eating favour peace of mind and success formation.
2. Reduce Variety Of Food For Each Meal
Evidence has shown humans always consume more food and calories when there is more choice on offer. For example, have you ever been at a buffet style meal where its “eat all you can” no matter how much we eat there always seems to be room for one more item maybe that delicious looking dessert or ice cream! To lose weight health experts state always eat a balanced diet which may seem to contradict the above statement.
3. Throw Away Sauces, Creams and Dressings
For example, salads are one of the best foods for losing weight. The problem is people often add sauces or creams to add taste to an otherwise bland food. Mayonnaise is a common addition to salads but it is very high in calories and fat and a salad with too much Mayonnaise can be just as high in calories than some of the worst weight loss foods.
4. Start With Soup Or Salad, Finish With Fruits
Having a salad (Diva knows What Makes A Salad Healthy) or cup of soup for starters can be an at-home habit that can help lose weight. They can curb your hunger, prevent over-eating, and help you stay in control of portions.
Instead of reaching for the cookie jar or helping yourself to dessert after meals, make a point to finish off with naturally sweet fruit instead of sinfully sweet treats. Not only will you save fat and calories, you will also have the added benefit of extra vitamins, minerals and fiber. Few of us eat as much fruit as recommended.
5. Get Rid Of Stress Before Meal
You know, stress is a way of life in the 21st century. And for some people, the effects go beyond feelings of anxiety and discomfort. For these people, stress can mean facing each day ravenously hungry, and adding weight gain to their list of worries. It’s not very rare when somebody soothe stress with eating and eating. Try to relax before eating or just think that stress isn’t in your list of things helping to lose weight. Maybe these or these tips will help to relieve stress.
6. Drink More
Drink more water, juice, tea and other non-alcoholic drinks. When you drink your stomach filling up and is showing up an illusion that you are well-fed. Non-alcoholic drinks, because people don’t call it a beer belly for nothing. Alcoholic beverages are high-calorie and can lead to out-of-control eating. Try to cut down, or better still, eliminate, alcohol.
7. Watch Your Food While Eating
Look at that! So sweet! Eat and watch your food not TV or Movie. Pay attention to your eating. When you look at your food, you think about it and fill precisely how much more you need to eat until you’ll become full.
8. Eat at Right Time.
As says fitsugar.com: “When you’re home from work and you’ve finished dinner, it’s easy to crave a late night snack, especially if you’re watching TV or staying up late to get some work done. You can end up eating mindlessly and consume an extra 200 calories even though you weren’t really hungry”. Try to avoid eating “not in time”.
I hope these tips won’t leave you without your preferred foods, but will help you control your weight and enjoy eating. What are your tips?

This is a good weight loss read…
I was overweight and needed a boost in my weight loss goals. The three main things I focused on which corresponded pretty well together were the following.
Exercising
Dieting
Diet pills
The correct dose of those 3 items will work together side by side to lose weight. I lose 40 pounds in almost 2 months. I am using a great appetite suppressant called Proactol which is also a fat blocker which blocks up to 28% of fat you eat. It works so well with my diet so I don’t over eat and if I do the fat blocker kicks in. Then it gives me plenty energy to hit the gym and do some cardio. Nothing works better.
Good luck to any one whose over weight and needs to lose weight. You will succeed!

Really love this list. Sure it’s basic but if you actually follow these general guidelines you will start to lose weight.
Another tip I use is to eat some vegetables BEFORE my meal. This tricks my body into thinking I’m less hungry than I actually am and as a result I eat less during the meal.
So about 20-30 minutes before your next meal eat some carrots or celery and then you should be eating less during your actual meal.

A type of diet can assist you to lose weight but it will be hard to cope with for the rest of your life especially when the time comes to maintaining your weight (after losing weight). Its about changing your life completely by adapting a healthy lifestyle from A to Z.
