Fall is right around the corner and allergens are in full force! Pollen, ragweed, and mold are still taking their toll on allergy sufferers. These are harmless substances for most; but for some they take the enjoyment out of Fall.
According to the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, roughly 20% of Americans suffer from allergies and another 20% suffer from hypersensitivities to food, environmental substances, or stimuli.

You must admit that smoking is a bad habit both for you and your surroundings. I am sure that you have already read many quit smoking tips and methods and tried to stop smoking, but… you are still smoking. In my opinion first and main option to quit smoking is your will. Once, I asked my friend why he don’t want to stop smoking, he answered: “I like it”.
Don’t even try to quit smoking if you just don’t want to stop. It won’t have effect. Of course, you can have a critical motivation to quit smoking, such as your baby birth or your doctor’s last warning. The best way and chance to quit smoking appear when you have motivation, want and know how to quit smoking.

Since our bodies are mostly water, we need to keep in good water balance to avoid getting dehydrated. Drinking water can help us stay in good fluid balance. Another bonus is that water has no calories.
The optimum amount of water you should drink depends on your body weight. The fatter you are, the more you need to drink.
