Since our bodies are mostly water, we need to keep in good water balance to avoid getting dehydrated. Drinking water can help us stay in good fluid balance. Another bonus is that water has no calories.
The optimum amount of water you should drink depends on your body weight. The fatter you are, the more you need to drink.

The highly sensitive person is someone whose nervous system is so acutely attuned that loud noises, crowds, busy streets, stress and even powerful aromas provide too much stimulation. Sometimes we have a headache and not every time we think about causes. Today I found 10 surprising causes of headaches. Of course, not all of them are really “surprising”, but most of them.

We all go through ups and downs in our mood. Sadness is a normal reaction to life’s struggles, setbacks, and disappointments. We’re down in the dumps for a short time, then gradually the painful feelings dissipate and we move on with our lives — often the wiser for the experience. But when the low mood persists, interfering with your ability to work, study, eat, sleep, and have fun, it’s no longer normal.
It’s depression.
