Frequent urination is a fairly common medical condition that affects both men and women. People with this disorder urinate more often than usual and may even have to get up at night to empty their bladders.
Many men experience an increase in the frequency at which they have to urinate as they get older. This is exceedingly common among older men. However, if you are a man that is “always having to go”, don’t just dismiss it as aging. There are many causes of frequent urination and the symptom needs to be checked out by a physician.

Have you heard about “nofollow” in blogs? Wikipedia says:
nofollow is an HTML attribute value used to instruct search engines that a hyperlink should not influence the link target’s ranking in the search engine’s index… (see full article)
It means that when you comment on majority blogs and leave your link it makes almost nothing good for your blog. Main search engine – Google – don’t follow your link and don’t pay attention to your comments.
