And now that Americans live, on average, for 78 years (three decades longer than they did in 1900), it doesn’t take, well, a brain surgeon to figure out that nurturing the brain’s health makes perfect sense.

To care for their health and well-being, many men carefully watch their diet, take supplements, exercise, and go for regular check-ups at the dentist and the doctor. Some even supplement this routine with visits to a masseuse or a therapist. But many men are skipping out on something essential to their manly vigor-spending time in the great outdoors.
Great men from Theodore Roosevelt to Ralph Waldo Emerson loved to tear out into nature. Yet today men see activities like hiking, fishing, hunting, and camping as hobbies to be enjoyed by some and not by others. They’ve become just another recreational opportunity: you can take it or leave it.

You must admit that smoking is a bad habit both for you and your surroundings. I am sure that you have already read many quit smoking tips and methods and tried to stop smoking, but… you are still smoking. In my opinion first and main option to quit smoking is your will. Once, I asked my friend why he don’t want to stop smoking, he answered: “I like it”.
Don’t even try to quit smoking if you just don’t want to stop. It won’t have effect. Of course, you can have a critical motivation to quit smoking, such as your baby birth or your doctor’s last warning. The best way and chance to quit smoking appear when you have motivation, want and know how to quit smoking.

Sometimes we feel ourself a little depressed. It don’t mean that we have depression, but we have doubt about this. A good news is that in the Internet are tens of depression tests and most of them are free. You can easily take a depression test while sitting in chair. There are many people thinking they have a manic depression - a mental health problem characterized by an alternation between extreme euphoria and deep depression - it’s time to pass one of the online screening depression tests.

We all go through ups and downs in our mood. Sadness is a normal reaction to life’s struggles, setbacks, and disappointments. We’re down in the dumps for a short time, then gradually the painful feelings dissipate and we move on with our lives — often the wiser for the experience. But when the low mood persists, interfering with your ability to work, study, eat, sleep, and have fun, it’s no longer normal.
It’s depression.
