Sleep is defined as a state of unconsciousness from which a person can be aroused. You must admit that smoking is a bad habit both for you and your surroundings. I am sure that you have already read many quit smoking tips and methods and tried to stop smoking, but… you are still smoking. In my opinion first and main option to quit smoking is your will. Once, I asked my friend why he don’t want to stop smoking, he answered: “I like it”.
Don’t even try to quit smoking if you just don’t want to stop. It won’t have effect. Of course, you can have a critical motivation to quit smoking, such as your baby birth or your doctor’s last warning. The best way and chance to quit smoking appear when you have motivation, want and know how to quit smoking.
