Sometimes, when I was working I can’t eat anything at work. For me it was not so comfortable. But I know I need to eat. And there isn’t way to eat at work also well as at home, if you don’t work in restaurant…

To care for their health and well-being, many men carefully watch their diet, take supplements, exercise, and go for regular check-ups at the dentist and the doctor. Some even supplement this routine with visits to a masseuse or a therapist. But many men are skipping out on something essential to their manly vigor-spending time in the great outdoors.
Great men from Theodore Roosevelt to Ralph Waldo Emerson loved to tear out into nature. Yet today men see activities like hiking, fishing, hunting, and camping as hobbies to be enjoyed by some and not by others. They’ve become just another recreational opportunity: you can take it or leave it.

Maybe 3 or more years ago I said to myself I need to correct my bad posture. It was a big desire. I walked straight and thought everybody look at me, as on the quite strange person. Of course it wasn’t so. My good posture (very good posure) was hard to support, and it was not very comfortable to have it.
After week or two both with bad and good posture I felt badly. And I stopped keeping good posture.
Why bad posture is really bad?
When the body shifts and poor posture sets in, the bones are improperly aligned and muscles, joints and ligaments take more stress and strain than intended. Poor posture may cause fatigue, muscular strain, compression of blood vessels and pain. In addition, faulty posture can affect the position and function of major organs.

Since our bodies are mostly water, we need to keep in good water balance to avoid getting dehydrated. Drinking water can help us stay in good fluid balance. Another bonus is that water has no calories.
The optimum amount of water you should drink depends on your body weight. The fatter you are, the more you need to drink.
